1. You must register your "Referral Person" on line via this Referral Application before your referred person has made initial contact with us.
2. Your Referred Person must write up a contract within a 3-month period and the Sale completed within 12 months. (You can always re-register your referred person).
3. By registering your Referred Person(s), they receive significant additional options and discounts on their home they normally would not be entitled to - while you get to choose from three referral rewards: 1) home improvement materials and/or labor; 2) a vacation trip package or 3) cash.
