Dave joined Patterson Homes in 1991 as a Designer/Draftsman meeting with clients helping them create the home designs of their dreams. He quickly moved into sales - using his skill and knowledge of design with the customers. Dave understand the home building industry from beginning to ending - and yet, still enjoys learning. This has made him a more knowledgeable and effective Sales Representative for Patterson Homes and our buyers. Dave has received his professional certifications in New Home Sales and in National Residential Marketing. Dave currently the Broker of Patterson Real Estate Group which is an affiliate of Patterson Construction. Dave was raised in Pleasant Grove, UT and resides there with his Wife Sharla and four Children. He has two boys in the military and is a grandpa of two girls and two boys. He enjoys trying and doing new things and spending as much time as possible out there fishing, hiking and camping with his family.
